The new girl Abby Abernathy is the symbolism of a good girl. She thinks she has managed to keep her distance from the darkness of her past when she arrives at Eastern University with her best friend. Nevertheless, all of it changes when she stumbles across Travis Maddox, lean with a sizzling hot body, not to mention he is a walking one-night stand who earns money while fighting in a ring. Enticed by Abby’s resistance to his glamour, he tricks her with a bet, and if she loses, she will have to live with him in his apartment for a month. And if he loses, he will abstain from his dirty play for the same amount of time. What will happen?

Why do we recommend this book?

Honestly, this was the first romance novel. And this one took away my heart. I could never move past the story of Abby and Travis. I loved them, and though Abby was a good girl, she wasn’t submissive and docile. Travis, though, a little arrogant and dominant, was a good, and the fact that he’d do anything for Abby. Uffff! I recommend this book for its engaging storyline and plot.
