Why name Favbookshelf?

As you could have guessed, it means “Favorite Bookshelf.” Pretty simple, right? We just wanted to keep it fun and casual.

How did Favbookshelf start?

Let me tell you the exciting story behind it. 

Manik had always been curious about digital marketing and freelancing but was unsure of where to start. She used to read a lot, but academic pressures put a halt to her reading habits. Recently, Manik promised herself to read at least one book every month.

Meanwhile, Sayee, her sister, was a bookworm. 

One day, it hit them—they could mix Manik’s interest in digital stuff and reading goals with Sayee’s love for books! They felt thrilled at the thought.

Thus, they started an Instagram page dedicated to books, and Favbookshelf was born!

How has Favbookshelf evolved?

Like said before, it started with just an Instagram page and then expanded to almost every social media platform.

Both Manik and Sayee were eager to learn how these platforms work and which ones are best for reaching a book audience. They even created their own website to blog about books—talk about dedication!

Sayee and Manik worked hard for a year to build the Favbookshelf, but Sayee had to leave due to academic commitments. But Manik continued.

Manik spent the next three years studying different platforms, website building, SEO, how to write reviews professionally, the ins and outs of the book community, and much more. 

And then, one fine day, it hit her: Why not create a company that helps authors with book promotions? And that’s exactly what she did. Slowly, the team also started growing. 

Also, Favbookshelf grew from a small Instagram page to a one-stop solution for authors, offering book promotions, editing, social media management, and website design services.
